All
panels are double skin type and have internal thermal and
acoustic insulation made of injected and expanded polyurethane
(Single skin units with fiberglass insulation). Standard
panels are made of galvanized steel (both inner and outer
panel). Two types of insulation thickness are provided.
i.e.., 25mm and for extremely high ambient temperature 50
mm. Core of other type insulation such as fiberglass or
rock wool in any density available as an alternate to standard
polyurethane.
Double
skin injected polyurethane construction provide user clean
environment compare to conventional single skin fiber glass
insulation, where fiber erosion create health hazard to
occupant Further construction enable easy internal cleaning
of the unit and due to its construction rigidity service
personals can walk over floor panel with out use of any
catwalk.
Upon request panels are provided with extra anti-corrosive
paint and aluminum or stainless steel construction.
